"Called this office this morning asking for assistance with submitting a claim. A State Farm policy holder caused extensive property damage to our property with their vehicle and left the seen of the accident before police arrived. Vehicle was towed and police report stated State Farm was their insurer. Called this place and they would not even provide a State Farm # to help. Very poor customer service. Would give zero stars if possible."

Any question since the switch has gotten the same fast response and knowledgeable answer. I hope to never need a claim, but I have more confidence after this experience that I’ll be well taken care of."

"Got a new vehicle and when I called to get insurance on it. Was told I would have the same policy and price. When I got the bill I was forced into the Drive Safe and Save program. When I called to inquired I was informed that if I don’t sign up for the program they won’t honor the same policy I had. Ask to speak with Corey, even emailed. Never got a call. I have been hearing around town a number of local home owners have been dropped recently by the same office. Guess they have to make up for that in other ways."
